A Review of Epiphone AJ-220S Acoustic Guitar
Here is the first guitar I purchased after a very long years of not playing. I got this guitar from a local shop near by my place. This is Epiphone AJ-220S acoustic guitar. Epiphone brand is part of the Gibson family. “AJ” stands for Acoustic Jumbo shape and “S” in 220S model stands for solid top. The size of the guitar body is a bit smaller than dreadnought shape but a bigger than grand auditorium. I find it very comfortable size for me. It looks pretty cool with vintage sunburst glossy finish. However, finger prints can easily be seen on the finish. This is a great sounding guitar with full tone and resonance.
The stock string was D’Addario EJ16 Phosphor Bronze light gauge string. I got this guitar fresh from the box and I showed the measurements, such is string height or guitar action and nut width on the video. Epiphone is part of the Gibson family. I played a little bit of strumming and finger picking chords in the video to hear the sound of this nice guitar. A lot of people agree that this Epiphone AJ-220S acoustic guitar has a very nice full sound and it is comparable to a more expensive brands and models. Read more on Epiphone AJ220S review in Amazon.
